|Jeroen Lumu moved abroad from Willem II in January 2014. He signed a 1,5 year contract at Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad. At the club he also met Dutchman Virgil Misidjan. In summer 2014 he returned home released on his contract when signing a 1-year contract at SC Heerenveen. Already a month after the signing, both agreed to cancel the contract. Lumu moved to Dordrecht on a contact until 2017.
In July 2016, Lumu made a second move abroad. He signed a 2-year contract at Austria club Sankt Polten. At the club he is playing with fellow Dutchmen Heerings and Luckassen. In January 2017 he was released from his contract and allowed to look for other opportunities elsewhere. Soon he signed for Samsunspor in Turkey until June 2018.
