|Glynor Plet went abroad on closing day of the summer transfer market 2012. He joined KRC Genk on loan from FC Twente for the 2012-13 season. Plet made his debut at FC Den Bosch and played at a couple of clubs before making an impression at Heracles Almelo in the 2011-12 season. Due to heavy competition at FC Twente, he was allowed a loan move. Plet played a succesful season in Belgium, scoring 10 goals in the competition. Afterwards he returned home to Twente for the rest of this contract stay until 2015.
Plet was released by Twente on his contract at the end of August 2013. He was looking for new opportunities and tried his luck on a free transfer. Within a month, after interests of several clubs, Glynor Plet signed a 2-year contract at Israelian club Hapoel Beer Sheva. In Israel he went playing with a former teammate of Genk, Barda.
In summer 2014, Plet returned to Belgium when signing a 3-year contract at SV Zulte Waregem. In mid-season 2014-15, he returned home signing a contract on loan at Go Ahead Eagles. After the relegation of the Deventer club, he returned to Belgium.
With still 2-years under contract, his Belgian club sold Plet to Israel. He joined Maccabi Haifa on another 2-year deal until 2017. In January 2017 he moved to Turkey to sign for Alanyaspor.
